Services Performed
- Pressure test shows large leak from upper radiator hose due to rub through on power steering pump pulley. Upper radiator hose retainer is broken and allows hose to contact pulley.
- Replaced coolant contaminated drive belt.
- Replaced upper radiator hose and lost coolant. Secured hose to radiator to prevent rub through condition again.
- Scan test shows P1283 stored in ECM. Low voltage from alternator history code. Suspect coolant contamination on belt caused slipping of alternator pulley and cause of concern. After repairs, code did not return on road test.
