- Verified concern. Accessed and removed blower motor. Found fan is in good condition. Cabin filter is dirty, but not dirty enough to block air flow. Further investigation found recirculation valve is broken at actuator arm and has fallen in a position that blocks incoming air flow.
- Accessed and removed recirculation valve from vehicle. Replaced cabin air filter and verified air flow with no abnormal blower noise. Note: The recirculate system is now inop due to removal of the valve, Customer understands this can be repaired in the future if the recirculation system wants to be used as designed,
