    • Brake inspection with free tire rotation
    • First start was unable to duplicate concern. Performed service and second attempt duplicated concern. Heard change in exhaust sound indicating engine preparing for regeneration of DPF. Installed scan tool and confirmed DPF status was in warm up mode and later turned to active regeneration. A brake pedal press exited regeneration, and regeneration went active again when conditions were met. This is a normal condition and no repairs should be made. Ran vehicle health report with scan tool and no vehicle propulsion codes are stored.

    • Found severe oil leak on left side of engine. Accessed and inspected to find glow plug 2 connector is out of bore and cause of oil leak and check engine light. Further inspection as to reason connector came out found engine over 6 quarts overfull. Corrected oil level and emptied full aftermarket oil catch can. Suspect over full oil and caused pressure in engine to force connector out. Replaced connector o ring. Verified repairs on road test.
