Replaced crankshaft position sensor, bank 1 sensor 2 HO2S, and repair gross exhaust leak.
Rear locker sensor wires are melted and front locker sensor has broken wires. Repaired sensors wires and test system. No 4WD indication from transfer case due to failed switch. Replaced switch and found mechanically transfer case dentents are correct, but 4WD indication is off. Attempted to adjust linkage to line up with switch and was unable to due to worn linkage and missing bushings. Rear locker light will not turn off without seeing locker released by PCM. Installed toggle switches for locker pumps and bypassed factory switch per customer request.

Verified concern. Thickness variation in front rotors. Rotors are too close to minimum specification for resurfacing. Replaced rotors and verified repairs on road test. Due to recent brake work on front brakes see invoice 13216 12-20-19 mileage 144077 No labor charge to customer for repairs, Customer is going to pay for the front rotors only,

Performed voltage tests, battery state of health test, and accessed starter circuits. All tests show no concerns. Ran vehicle and test for no start concern. Unable to duplicate on multiple attempts. During inspection, noted aftermarket alarm with starter interrupter. As first step, recommend removing alarm module.
Removed aftermarket alarm from vehicle. Completed starter circuit and verified repairs. Repairs made as first step for intermittent no starter engagement concern.
Replaced blower motor and verified operation.
Verified concern. Accessed and performed circuit tests. Used test lamp to verify voltage and ground available to motor. Used DVOM to prove motor is failed and cause of concern.

Replaced front brake pads and machined rotors, service calipers road tested
Verified concern. Squeal type noise on light apply from front brakes. Both front rotors have multiple, deep grooves in them. These grooves have allowed debris to imbed into pads. Front and rear pads have 6mm remaining material. Recommend front brake service to correct concern. See other line for repairs Inspection only on this line,
