Verified rough running and check engine light. Scan test shows P0300 with active misfire on cylinder 2. Tested ignition and fuel to cylinder to find ignition failed load test due to failed ignition coil. Based on age and ignition condition, recommend replacement of all spark plugs and ignition coils for repair.
Accessed and replaced spark plugs for maintenance.
Replaced all ignition coils wit spark plug replacement. Cleared code and verified repairs and operation.

Verified concern on road test. Scan test shows P1D93 stored in PCM as current. Inspection of fluid level and condition found level is good, but condition is poor with signs of fine metal in sample. Based on vehicle mileage, transmission replacement is recommended for concern. Additionally, engine vibration is felt in cabin at all times and is being transmitted by weak powertrain mounts on vehicle. P0420 is also stored in ECM and recall software is available for this concern if not already performed.

Unable to duplicate concern after starting with 4 hour sit time. A minor amount of steam from tailpipe was produced and this is a normal condition with all internal combustion engines. Performed inspection on engine bay and found all fluids in good condition with proper levels. Scan test shows no powertrain codes are stored. Suspect concern is normal steam produced from condensed water vapors trapped in exhaust, cylinders, and aftertreatment systems.

Replaced crankshaft position sensor, bank 1 sensor 2 HO2S, and repair gross exhaust leak.
Rear locker sensor wires are melted and front locker sensor has broken wires. Repaired sensors wires and test system. No 4WD indication from transfer case due to failed switch. Replaced switch and found mechanically transfer case dentents are correct, but 4WD indication is off. Attempted to adjust linkage to line up with switch and was unable to due to worn linkage and missing bushings. Rear locker light will not turn off without seeing locker released by PCM. Installed toggle switches for locker pumps and bypassed factory switch per customer request.
