Verified no cold air. No compressor operation when commanded and no command to turn on compressor. Used air conditioning system analyzer to find system low on air. Used black light on system to find leak from top of evaporator as cause of concern. After charging system, found no compressor operation when commanded. Used test lap to verify command voltage and ground is present to compressor. Compressor replacement will also be necessary for air conditioning operation.

Accessed and replaced cylinder 4 glow plug. Cleared code and verified operation.
Failed smog test due to codes stored.
Scan test shows P0604, P0113 stored in ECM. P0604 is current at this time. Used test lamp to find glow plug has high resistance and cause of P0604. P0113 is history and data shows correct intake temperature. Visual and wiggle test of circuit found no faults.
